Online Purchases

When you purchase online or by telephone, you have 14 days to return your order for a refund, starting the day after you receive your goods.

We will give you back the amount you paid for the item including any standard delivery charges*, or offer an exchange. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned items, but we aim to refund within 5 days. You must return the item to us as soon as reasonably possible at your own cost, unless the products are faulty in which case we will refund the cost of return delivery. Please make sure that the labels are still attached, and that the product has not been damaged, soiled, used, or washed in order to gain a full refund.

Faulty Items

Everything that is made by Billingham is carefully checked to ensure that it meets our high standards before it leaves us. However, in the event that your product is faulty, you have 30 days to return your item for a full refund from the day after you receive your order. After 30 days, we will repair or replace in line with our warranty policy. *Standard delivery charges refer to the standard cost of shipping upon checkout. We will not refund any extra cost requested by a customer for premium delivery.
