Whilst we do our best to ensure every Billingham product reaches the high standards we set ourselves, even Billingham staff and suppliers are not perfect - we recognise this, but undertake that in the unlikely event of materials or workmanship proving to be faulty on a Billingham product, we will do our utmost to put it right.



Furthermore, should a Billingham product eventually fail through normal wear & tear, we offer a repair service unless the bag is beyond a cost effective repair solution.



Since faults in construction or materials don't always appear quickly and depend upon the frequency of use of the product, this guarantee is not subject to any specific time limit, however it is limited to the original purchaser.



All Billingham products come with a Guarantee card, which should be kept in a safe place, preferably along with your proof of purchase.
